I first visited Mazatlan back in spring 2006 with an old flame and stayed at The Inn at Mazatlan, we totally loved it! I was really disappointed earlier this year when I had plans to go back and visit while on a Mexican cruise when unfortunately the stop was cancelled due to violence in the area.
I loved walking down the street outside our hotel to get food at the local stands, my first time ever having street tacos and ordering fresh fruit on the beach. This was my second time ever leaving America and was years before I realized how much traveling would influence my life.
